Proposal one-liner:
The second chunk of the work on scoring calculation (which was NOT initially approved through the DAO). This is about making calculations from the previously approved proposal more generally available throughout the system. A developer can now configure the calculated fields in a form. This work has been exceptionally approved and is now completed and ready for testing/merging ($5k)

Now all Primero implementations and users can benefit from having scoring calculations / calculated fields in forms and subforms.
