To implement a feature that allows closed transferred cases to be displayed on the home dashboard under “Transfers Awaiting Acceptance” or “Closed Transfers Awaiting Acceptance” without reopening the cases. Currently if you transfer a closed case before reopening the case, it is not indicated under transfers awaiting acceptance in the home dashboard. It is therefore difficult to locate such cases unless you note the individual numbers of such cases.
