Thank you so much for the response! I’ve reviewed the proposals, and specific to my experience, Primero would benefit significantly from the following community suggestions so far:

  1. An additional rollout tier that reduces the cost of instances for single agencies (rather than being priced at the same cost for inter-agency instances). These instances require less support, and a reduced cost will increase access to Primero for local organizations, NGOs, CBOs, etc.

  2. Decimal points to the hundredth for averages (rather than forcing the auto calculations to round up to a whole number).
